I am also a personal trainer turned gym owner with over a decade of experience!

Ladies + gents’ it’s chaos out there in that food fad // workout trend world and I know first hand just how frustrating and ineffective programs and unrealistic expectations can be! This is why I decided to break the diet mold + the "all pain-no-gain" culture with a fresh, new, customized, holistic approach to fitness and health.

I see strength training as personal development // spiritual growth on the physical plane! It's a way for me to both show you + remind you of how wildly capable and powerful you truly are!
